Key responsibilities:● Participate in policy development and program implementation for the delivery of the different clinics and medical practices
● Participates in establishing standards for the delivery of the clinic's services. Coordinates work group on standards and indicators
● Reviews, analyses, monitors and assesses the progress of the system's health care facilities in attaining the system's goals, standards and priorities set for the clinics.
● Maintains liaison with all relevant health care insurance companies.
● Reviews and analyses new and pending legislation and regulations that could potentially have impact on the delivery or reimbursement of the medical practices.
● Conducts and participates in meetings, conferences and seminars as a representative.
● Undertakes special projects and assignments, as directed
● Serves as deputy for areas of functional responsibilities.
● Hire and supervise administrative staff
● Coordinates team work with on site and remote (back-office) staff and work flows.
We are looking for a professional with experience handling and navigating the US health care system, capable of assuming multiple roles and responsibilities, with experience in handling a wide range of administrative tasks; able to assign and supervise tasks, who can identify and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems.The manager will collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Medical doctors and Administrative Staff to provide and improve appointment scheduling, new patient access, Medication Refill pre-work, billing, claims and insurance verification.Bachelor's Degree in business administration, medicine or equivalent combination of education/related experience are welcome. C1 English level is required.
